The course aims to explore good practice principles in relation to planning and execution of remote supervision. Content includes:
Delivered over two interactive online sessions, the course includes presentations, small group discussions, individual and group tasks.
Good remote supervision requires good foresight, judgement and decision making by leaders. As such, this course focuses on concepts and principles of good judgement rather than a prescriptive ’how to’ guide, allowing leaders to apply those concepts and principles to a wide range of settings / situations.
The course development has involved consultation with partner bodies to create a national approach to this topic.
