WORKSHOP CONTENT & LEARNING OUTCOMES
This is a peer led navigation practice day in the Lake District. All welcome, including those who are training for their ML assessment and those who just want to refresh or practice their skills.
The workshop will be run by Paul Cannon who is a very experienced teacher of navigation and supported by Huw Jordan Tatlock who is the MTA Lake District Assistant Regional Coordinator. Paul will tailor the workshop to the needs and requests of those that attend.
Meeting point is the car park outside the Britannia Inn at Elterwater.
EQUIPMENT/KIT REQUIRED
Come equiped for a day out in the hills. Bring your personal map & compass. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
CATERING/FOOD
Bring a packed lunch and water.
WORKSHOP PROVIDER CREDENTIALS
Members are reminded this is a peer led event and all members are responsible for themselves whilst on the hill.
There will always be a minimum of a Summer ML on hand to ask for advice.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE EVENT
Your CPD record - If you attend this event and it counts as CPD, your CPD point/s will automatically be added to your record in due course - you will not need to add it yourself.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for the workshop provider to complete the event in the system and assign you your CPD, thank you.
