AN INTRODUCTION TO REMOTE SUPERVISION WORKSHOP This one day workshop looks at the planning and execution of effective remote supervision. Subjects include: what is remote supervision; our responsibilities as leaders; factors to consider; principles of effective remote supervision; assessing and managing risk; managing teams of supervisors. Time will be spent both indoors and outside and will include practical exercises and scenarios. WHAT TO BRING: Pen, paper, suitable outdoor clothing as some sessions may be run outside. Delegates should bring a packed lunch however there is a cafe at the centre and a pub nearby.
