Thanks to popular demand and with four places already taken, this twilight course for MTA and non-members, is designed to develop participant's confidence in leading and teaching navigation in poor and night light. Participants will experience a range of issues, techniques and games relating to how we gather & process information whilst navigating with deteriorating light conditions. Whist the course will be primarily focussed on the use of a map & compass, participants will see a small range of electronic devices using current software inc. Strava & Viewranger and experience the practicalities of using this equipment. The course will assemble in Cambusbarron before moving onto Touch Moor.
