Loel Collins and Dave Evans of Plas y Brenin, present a workshop looking at the diverse range of issues facing all those involved in coaching lead climbing in the modern sport in the United Kingdom.
Loel will present the results of his research into this issue, as part of his wider, long term studies of judgement and decision making across adventure sport.
Dave, as one of the Coaches who featured in the study, will then discuss the practical implications of this to all Coaches and Instructors involved in the development of independent lead climbers across the country.
