Designed for people working towards their Rock Climbing Instructor assessment or are RCI holders who haven’t practised for some time, this essential one day workshop will refresh and update your skills, provide plenty of opportunity to practise. It will include slick bottom and top rope systems, dealing with common problems, group management and setting up abseils. Rob will tailor the content of the course on the day to suit the needs of the attendees.

Equipment

Please bring Rucksack, Climbing Shoes, Harness, Helmet, Belay Device, a Rope and any trad equipment you may have – nuts, slings, karabiners etc., Lunch / Drink, Warm Clothing and Waterproofs, and it can be useful to also have a pen/notebook and a camera/phone for photos.
