This workshop will be about winter wildlife photography and will be a full day to photograph the special species found high in the Cairngorms. During the day we will cover wildlife habitat, fieldcraft and animal behaviour. There will also be time to discuss camera equipment and settings. We will aim to observe and photograph Ptarmigan, Mountain Hare and Snow Bunting. Although aimed at wildlife photography this is also a great day to learn and observe wildlife amongst the spectacular Cairngorms. Many of the skills are transferable to other regions and countries.
Meeting place and time to be confirmed.
The workshop will be run by local photographer Gary Hodgson of Tarmachan Mountaineering and is arranged through the Regional Rep for Scotland Suzie Dick.
All bookings directly to Suzie.
The workshop is subsidized for BAIML members.
