- Recognise and identify mountain flowers

- Discover arctic-alpine flowers

- Learn about plant ecology and adaptations

- Learn about the relationship climate and water have on these flowers

- Discuss the human impacts on these flower communities

EQUIPMENT/KIT REQUIRED

Normal hill kit for a day in the monutain environment. Camera, binoculars, Pen & paper / notebook

CATERING/FOOD

Please bring a packed lunch and a drink. We will start and end at the cafe where refreshments are available to purchase

WORKSHOP PROVIDER CREDENTIALS

Qualified IML and ecologist by training. Jim has extensive experience in teaching in the outdoors to students, teachers and instructors.
