Following on from the workshops on Living and Working Through the Peri-Menopause and Menopause, this one hour online session builds on those conversations with information about hormone health, injury prevention, heart health, changes to metabolism, bone health, loss of muscle mass and, most importantly, what we can do to help ourselves, our partners and friends during this life stage as climbers, walkers and leaders in the adventure activities sector.
The meeting link will be sent to you the day before.
