Half the population will experience the peri menopause and the menopause. The other half may be partners, colleagues or may work with people going through these life transitions. If you’re interested in what’s happening or what’s going to happen this one is for you. We will introduce the hormones, cover the normal female monthly cycle, what happens at peri menopause and the full range of menopause related symptoms. We will also give some time to consider what you can do to support
And we’ll make time for your Q&A.
Dr Natalie Brown, is a Research Officer based at Swansea University, linked with Sport Wales and an Arc’Teryx ambassador. Natalie has been researching female hormones including the menstrual cycle and menopause, participation and performance in sport for the last 5 years. She is presenting our Making Menopause Matter webinars this autumn.
