WORKSHOP CONTENT
This is an introduction to a huge topic. The aim is for you to be confident identifying common upland plants and lichens, to have something interesting to say about them, and some ideas for developing your clients’ appreciation of plants. Suitable for those preparing for assessment and also qualified outdoor leaders who want to deepen their knowledge. We will learn in the course of a walk covering several upland habitats. Maybe we will come across the sap-sucking dodder or insect-eating sundews featured in The Green Planet!
