Description

P1 Craig, P2 Me, P3-5 Craig, P6 Me.
First multipitch for Craig and me without experienced assistance. Craig managed somehow to merge pitches 3-5 into one, on a single rope. The final Chimney was good, as was the traverse. Well worth it!

Area : Llanberis Pass

The one-time crucible of Welsh climbing. The fine crags of the Pass are easily accessible from the road. On the north side, the principal crags are: Dinas y Gromlech (bearing the famous line of Cenotaph Corner), Carreg Wastad (flat rock) and Clogwyn y Grochan. Further down the valley is Craig Ddu (black rock). On the south side, the principal 'roadside' cliff is Dinas Mot.
