Description

Set up my first hanging belay at the bottom to foil the incoming tide (wasn't really necessary, more just for fun!).

Area : Pembrokeshire and Southern Ceredigion

Sea cliff climbing on lovely crozzley limestone, mostly tidal, totally trad, some DWS, bird and firing restrictions apply, tea at Mrs Weston’s is compulsory. The Climber’s Club guides are the ones to get and they come in five volumes so take care you get the right one/s. If you want a selected guide the Pembroke Rockfax was published in 2009, so not that out of date. The Area also includes the sea-cliffs further north than the St David's Head group in southern Ceredigion.
