Description

A delightful gentle autumn walk through the grounds of Croft Ambrey National Trust. Mixed Woodland with Fishpools and Irn Age Hill fort, The Croft Castle estate has an avenue of Spanish Chestnut trees, oaks and beech trees, the Spanish chestnuts are reputedly from sweet chestnuts captured after the Armada.
