Took a friend onto Glacier 3000 from the cable at from col du pillon. I taught cecily how to use and wear snowshoes and also discussed snowpack, avalanche, glacier travel and crevasses. We trekked across the glacier on pisted tracks from sex rouge - 2940m to refugio l`espace - 2908m via col de tsanfleuran.
