Description

Day two of ML(S) assessment and this took place in Cwm Tryfan, Drws Nodded and Braich y Ddeuigwm.
The day was taken up with micro navigation, safety on steep ground, environmental and my 5 min talk.
The weather was very poor again.
The photo attached is from the day before but as we were so wet, no one really thought about getting a camera out but it shows Steve Howe putting me through my paces as I tell him were I am using a blade of grass.

Area : Glyderau

The Glyderau (a Welsh plural form, also known in English as the Glyders) are a mountain group in Snowdonia, North Wales. The name derives from the highest peaks in the range, Glyder Fawr and Glyder Fach. According to Sir Ifor Williams, the word "Glyder" derives from the Welsh word "Cludair", meaning a heap of stones.
