Dot and i took the bus to Lengau then then the `Noddy Train` to Lindlingalm. From there we walked up the Tristkogel (2095m) via Saaljoch and taking the easiest ascent route. we returned via the Hochtorsee and the col on the Seven Summits route at 1,985m. we then followed the Seven Summits trail back to Linlingalm.
