(Second & third day of 3 day expedition)
71(10) Glencoe expedition. Weather forecast: 20mph winds, 4(-2) temp. Group: Rob Gurr (ML)
Summits: Stob na Broige (941m, Buachaille Etive Mor), 10.30pm (dark). Aonach Eagach Ridge, east to west. took only 3 hours to descend to Clachaig Inn and walk the 5km up Glen Coe to return to 188562!
(wild camp took in south and north Glen Coe... First night was south.

Area : Glencoe North (Loch Leven To Rannoch Station)

This area covers the northern side of Glen Coe and the mountains north of Rannoch Moor. Notable features include the Pap of Glencoe, the Aonach Eagach ridge (home to a few kilometres of horizontal scrambling) and the remote peak of Stob na Cruiache which is generally accessed from the train station to the east. Includes all major peaks above 600m.
