Start at Lanthwaite Green farm and walk up to summit of Whiteside (via Whin Ben) then onto Whiteside East Top, up to Hopegill Head then out and back to Ladyside Pike. then to Sandhill and grassmoor before nipping up to Wandope then to Whiteless pike before heading back to start point.

Essentially this area is encompassed by Lakes of Bassenthwaite, Derwent Water, Buttermere and Crummock Water with the southern boundary being the Honister Pass
