Start at Lanthwaite, up gasgale gill, in the gill itself using the gill as the path, at saddle turn right then went to Grasmore , wandope ,whiteless pike, then back to Crag hill, down then up to hopegill head, to whiteside, then back to Lanthwaite, and swim in crummock water

Essentially this area is encompassed by Lakes of Bassenthwaite, Derwent Water, Buttermere and Crummock Water with the southern boundary being the Honister Pass
