Start selside to Gill Garth,to sulber, Moughton Scars, follow path to just outside of town Head, path to Clapham, stop for a beer in pub, then plath to Clapham bottom Gaping Gil, Ingleborough, nick pot and suber p[ot, then back to selside

Most of the larger southern dales (e.g. Ribblesdale, Malhamdale and Airedale, Wharfedale and Nidderdale) run roughly parallel from north to south. Includes the Three Peaks, Malham and Langstrothdale/Wharfdale.
