Conditions underfoot: varying from wet down low to frozen high up. no ice.
Weather: Strong southerly winds (25mph), rain turning to sleet/snow later in the day.

Summited Moel Eilio hoping for a view in the high pressure (which came through earlier than expected), but conditions were changing and the wind strengthened. After summiting Moel Eilio, chose to stay low and picked up the Ranger Path to Bwlch Cwm Brwynog. We made it to Clogwyn Du'r Arddu through heavy snow and strong winds, sheltering behind a rock for refreshment. We then headed north to pick up the Llanberis Path back to Llanberis.
