Includes crags which are North of the A5 through the Ogwen Valley, and those approached from Bethesda. Popular crags and routes include: Craig yr Isfa (Amphitheatre Buttress, V Diff), Carreg Mianog (Cracked Arete, VS 4b), Craig Lloer (Kirkus's Route VS 5a), and the magnificent Llech Ddu.
Climbed with Baz Whale from CMC. I led the crux pitch, with some improvisation of hexes for protection!
