I did this walk with another Meetup group. Shortly into the walk, I started feeling ill with waves of nausea. As a result, I struggled a bit, but the others were really helpful and patient. I was doubtful about whether I'd reach the summit, yet when the cairn appeared, I was astonished at how much easier it was than I'd expected. By the time we'd got back down, I was feeling a lot better. The nauseous feeling may have been due to filling up my water bottle in a stream near the bottom of the mountain, as I'd left my water behind.
