Coaching Jo Newton, AL2 for GB Paraclimbing, for just over a year now. Jo has been climbing for many years and competing almost as long but plateaued and felt the need for more help. Since coaching Jo she has achieved 1st in the Paraclimbing Masters 2019 and 5th at the World Championships 2019.
Most of the coaching with Jo has been focussed on improving speed and route memory from reading to aid her tactical decision making before pulling on.
