Spent the morning giving Sarah a taste of climbing on rock instead of plastic. Started by refreshing tying in, belaying and lowering and then practiced some movement skills. Played more no hands and balance games to help focus on body position and balance. As with what now feels like every session, there was a really strong focus on safety with check, check, check being hammered home.
