Crag recce for a crag I haven’t used for 30 years so that I can take Merseyside Air Cadets to it. So me and some of the staff went to check it out. The rigging is good and we cleaned some routes up for group use. The guys had a good time too.
Area :Lancashire South of Preston and Greater Manchester
This Area covers the Lancashire crags south of the Bowland Forest and in the Greater Manchester area north-west of the Peak District, principally the numerous gritstone quarries, which provided the apprenticeship of many a fine climber.
