Route details - Pont-Cyfyng passed quarry towards Llyn Foel and start of Daear Ddu ridge skirt South and follow indistinct path to summit. Descend via path to Royal Bridge then Forest track to Coed Bryn-engan.
Total Ascent - 834m
Remarks - Excellent days walking in exceptionally good weather, frozen ground encountered throughout descent to 600m
