
ROUTE: From Bloody Bridge Car Park, on good track and path to meet Mourne Wall. Followed wall NE to Donard summit, then NW to just SW of Commedagh summit, NE to summit, returned to wall then descent via section of Brandy Pad to rejoin outward route.

CONDITIONS: Heatwave conditions! Mid 20s C. Calm or very light breezes. Hydrated fully at the car before starting, but only brought 1 Litre water bottles - very glad to refill in the stream on the descent. Also quick skinny dip to cool down!
