I competed in the Manx Mountain Marathon on 29th May 2021 and secured 1st position. The race took place under perfect conditions with clear, sunny weather and excellent visibility. The route included the climb up Snaefell, the highest peak on the Isle of Man.With no wind to contend with, the conditions were ideal for running, allowing me to maintain a strong pace throughout the race. The course was challenging, but I felt strong and was able to push hard to secure the win.Crossing the finish line in 1st place was a fantastic achievement and a highlight of my racing season. The clear skies and stunning views added to the enjoyment of the day, making this victory even more memorable.
