Participated in the British Relay Championships navigation leg with Tom Cringle. The weather was perfect, with clear skies, sunshine, and no wind, making for excellent visibility throughout the course. The run covered a distance of 10.3 km with over 1000 meters of ascent and descent, offering a challenging but rewarding experience.Tom and I worked well together, navigating efficiently through the terrain. The race was not only physically demanding but also a lot of fun, and we were pleased with our performance. Overall, it was a great day of fell running, combining competition with the enjoyment of being out in such beautiful weather.
