Weather & snow conditions too bad to go to Rif Pagari in Italy. So we decided to descend to Relais de Merveille & dry out. A nice walk down valley, very close to both chamois & bouquetin. Rivers very high so we had to remain on the right bank. On arrival at Relais, the place was full of very wet people, some of whom had been evacuated from Gite de Boreon where the bridge had been destroyed in the floods.
