Working as an ML on the 2024 Peak District Challenge as a group leader/navigator on the 50K Challenge. The Challenge organization provides an ML/group leader for those individuals not comfortable with their navigation skill. This was the second year running that I led the 50K Challenge group. This year we completed the 50K circuit in 9 hours 50 minutes. The challenge was to complete in under 12 hours.

Lies to the south of the Dark Peak where the underlying rock is limestone - hence the name. Tends to be a little lower in altitude and also may be known as the Derbyshire or Staffordshire Dales.
