Expedition to Everest Base Camp via Gokyo Lakes with an extension for Lobuche East & Island Peak. Leading 12 clients working with an assistant leader, local guides and porters. Coaching in self-care in the mountains, nutrition & hydration, dealing with altitude, movement skills, packing rucksacks and the full range of skills necessary for the mountains and Nepal.
Day 7. Aclimatisation and explore to Gokyo Lake no.5. Also giving some instruction/refresh in jumaring and abseiling for the two clients going on to the peaks.
