I had two groups to supervise and teach during the walk on day one. We went through the navigation syllabus to plan a route to our campsite and then from the campsite to the start/finish point.

Syllabus to teach students:
- Navigation (recognising map symbols, rights of way, roads, POI's, Gridlines and grid references, orientating the map to direction of travel)
- First Aid (basic first aid and what to do in emergency situations)
- Camp craft (how to put up a tent)
- Stove safety and cooking
- What to pack and how to pack
- Expedition aim
- DofE 20 conditions
Day two and three were remotely supervising the groups.
