We visited France to visit our son where he's working in Morzine. On the Tuesday Catherine and I went for our first snowshoe together. A great experience for me. From getiing her sorted with a pair of snowshoes, managing her first ride in a ski lift up onto Le Pleney ski resort, and guiding the route, discovering trees, looking at the snow pack and eenjoying her first visit to the Alps. We took a longer route to Les Chaverance, had lunch then returned to our start point via a lovely forest walk. Fantastic day, great experience for me
