I have been working at Undercover Rock in Bristol since 2001 and am currently the Director of Training. Before this I was a secondary school teacher and freelance mountaineering instructor for 12 years.
Whilst at UCR I led overseas expeditions for Jagged Globe and Adventureworks for 10 years. I wrote and currently chair the NICAS scheme and I sit on the MT Board representing the ABC. I am one of the BMC's Fundamentals providers and Coaching Award provider for MT.
When I get the time between all this and family I'm usually trying to escape to the Alps...
