This full day session will give you a thorough systematic approach to achieving good joint health, functional mobility and build relevant strength.
The day will be run by Ian Stewart. After over a decade of working as a full time WMCI in Scotland I have spent the last 6 years building a trail running business. This has led me to further coaching qualifications including Level 4 Strength and Conditioning principles coach.
