This day will enable you to look at personal skills while moving through steep ground. We will explore techniques including route choice, personal movement & appropriate rope use. This course will run on a ratio of 1:2 with all facilitators being qualified MIAs or above. The day will be built around your expectations & objectives - in the past these have ranged from revision for ML assessment to preparation for a traverse of the Black Cuillin in Skye. You will be expected to provide your own personal equipment (weatherproofs, food, footwear) although technical kit (harness, helmet, ropes & hardware) can be borrowed on the day. *PLEASE NOTE - this workshop does not enhance your ML qualification, but it will help develop your personal skills & give you confidence when out with groups.
