About

For coaching to be most effective participants must have trust in the coach and in order for that to happen coaches themselves must be perceived as being trustworthy. In this workshop participants will be introduced to the b.SAFE D2iT trust model developed in partnership with Bangor University. Mark Sykes will take you through the elements of the model with a variety of presentations, small group discussions, practical activities and actions to take away to enhance the levels of trust you can actively create as a coach.
