Stu Skinner is a Director of registered charity Changing Horizons, the leading provider of Mental Health First Aid training in the outdoor and adventure industry. After surviving a suicide attempt, Stu embarked on a 4500 mile cycling trip through SE Asia and his journey into wellbeing began.
Stu has been delivering mental health courses for over 15 years on behalf of the Government, the Mental Health Foundation and Mind. He has been a MHFA instructor since 2010 and works with a variety of clients such as Network Rail, Exeter University, Sky and the RSPB. He acts as a Mental Health Consultant for World Challenge, where MHFA is mandatory for all their expedition leaders and operations staff. Stu has trained hundreds of expedition leaders with great success.
