Giving feedback at assessment
Participants will receive an email with the link and access details in advance of the session.
Topics to be covered and discussed:
This session will explore ……the dark art of giving feedback at assessment. We will explore this along a circular timeline: from feedback tips, approaches, styles and timing issues “on the hill”. Through end of day and end of course feedback, to writing course reports and handling complaints. We then close the circle by considering the importance of how we best set up expectations at the outset of the process. We will hope to achieve all this through an information sharing and workshop style session.
To this end, Martin Chester hopes to share his experiences, having worked on (and directed) assessments for a number of NGBs and awarding bodies over 25 years.
