Developing Teaching and Learning skills - Part 3 - Communication and Feedback
This hour-long webinar looks at how we use communication - verbal as well as non verbal, and how that changes due to the situation. Before a focus on developing good quality Feedback.
This session is based around the four part series published in The Professional Mountaineer, part one, Communication and Feedback was published in the Winer 2020 edition which you can find in the members area, reading and familiarising yourself with the article prior to the session will be benefical and help you get more from the session.

This short online MTA session forms part of a free series of informative and interactive webinars designed to help provide continued support for members during the current lockdown. All sessions are hosted by experts in their fields and/or Mountain Training Course Directors that run training and assessment courses. The majority of our hosts are also current MTA workshop providers. All hosts are generously volunteering their time to run these sessions for members.
Timings:
We anticipate these sessions will last for about an hour, but please leave extra time in your schedule.
