Developing Teaching and Learning skills - Part 1 - Creating a positive learning environment
This hour-long webinar looks at how we can create a positive learning environment, exploring the component parts and giving real life examples of what we can do to maintain the motivation of the individuals that we work with.
This session is based around the four part series published in The Professional Mountaineer, part one, creating a positive learing enviroment was published in the Summer 2020 edition which you can find here, reading and familiarising yourself with the article prior to the session will be benefical and help you get more from the session.

This short online MTA session forms part of a free series of informative and interactive webinars designed to help provide continued support for members during the current lockdown. All sessions are hosted by experts in their fields and/or Mountain Training Course Directors that run training and assessment courses. The majority of our hosts are also current MTA workshop providers. All hosts are generously volunteering their time to run these sessions for members.
