Developing Teaching and Learning skills - Part 4 - Reviewing, action planning and reflection
This one hour session will cover some ideas about how we can set ourselves up for success in retention of learning and supporting participants moving forward.
This session is based around the four part series published in The Professional Mountaineer, part four, The task - Reveiwing, action planning and reflection is being published in the March 2021 edition We will send around some notes prior to the webinar which will help you prepare.

This short online MTA session forms part of a free series of informative and interactive webinars designed to help provide continued support for members during the current lockdown. All sessions are hosted by experts in their fields and/or Mountain Training Course Directors that run training and assessment courses. The majority of our hosts are also current MTA workshop providers. All hosts are generously volunteering their time to run these sessions for members.
Timings:
We anticipate these sessions will last for about an hour, but please leave extra time in your schedule.

Dan Wilkinson has an MSc in Performance Coaching and is a level 5 coach for British Canoeing. He is a Winter Mountaineering and Climbing instructor and author of Coaching Adventure Sports along with Paul Smith.
