AMI CPD Mentoring and Employment of WMCI Trainees
The Association and National centres are keen to support WMCI Mentors and Employers who work with WMCI Trainees. This workshop is an opportunity for any WMCIs looking to Mentor Trainees and Employers looking to deploy Trainees.
The workshop will be run by members of the training team from Glenmore Lodge and Plas Y Brenin along with the Association's Development Officer. The day will focus on understanding the WMCI Mentoring and Deployment policy and what requirements are needed to fulfil the needs of the Association and the Insurer.
It is also an opportunity to look at what standard is required at assessment so you as a Mentor and/or Employer can support Trainees working with you.
The day will be based both inside and out on the hill.
There are a maximum of 12 spaces and booking can be done by emailing the Development Officer at development@ami.org.uk. There is no cost for this workshop and you will receive 1 CPD point.
