Human Factors Fundamentals is a one day seminar which provides an introduction to Human Factors for mountain professionals.
This includes non-technical skills, decision making and use of the CASM Human Factors Tool.

• Use a common language and framework to help understand and explain to others

AM – Indoor
Introduction to Human Factors and Non-technical Skills, Decision Making, CASM v3.0 Human Factors Tool.
PM – Outdoor
Mountain journey in MCI/WMCI terrain e.g. steep ground or short scramble with an opportunity to practise the use of CASM v3.0 in the field. Review and future developments.
