Improve your personal climbing skills and confidence
Problem Solving for personal climbing
This workshop aims to give any outdoor climber key and useful skills to deal with a whole host of unforeseen issues.
The techniques taught in this session will give you more confidence if your climbing aspirations take you into more adventurous places such as sea cliffs, higher and more remote mountain crags and cliffs.
Working through the key personal skills like tying off a belay plate and prusiking, then progressively getting more involved with things like lowering and abseiling past a knot, escaping the system and more if there is time left over.
The workshop is being run by Samantha Leary an experienced Rock climber herself,
