About

Mountain Training Association’s 2024 Autumn Conference

At the National Outdoor Centre, Plas Y Brenin, North Wales

Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th October 2024

We are happy to announce that we are hosting our 2024 Autumn Conference at Plas y Brenin (King’s Mansion), the National Outdoor Centre based in the heart of Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park and within sight of Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon).

We have a great range of full-day workshops on offer to help you learn new skills, gain new information, embed knowledge or refresh and refine what you know.

The workshops are designed to support your continuing personal and/or professional development as a candidate of Mountain Training, whether working towards a qualification or reinvigorating your skills and knowledge for when you use your qualification/s.

A key aim of the conference is for you to have the opportunity to meet other members, share experiences, and become part of a community of leaders, instructors and coaches.

As well as the workshops and chance to meet other members, there will be inspirational talks from guest speakers and Association members.

This event is worth two CPD points, one for each day attended.

* Please choose one of the Options 1-3 before selecting your workshops *

** Please make sure your workshops do not clash - choose ONE session on Saturday and ONE on Sunday **
