A trek from Winderswil near Interlaken, 575m, to visit the alpine flower garden at Schynige Platte at 2069m. we trekked up through coniferous forests, alpine meadows and towards the railway station and hotel at Schynige Platte. Total distance 8km. Good weather, flowers beginning to come out but a bit delayed give the wet and cool weather experienced across the continent in May and June
